Newbie pa pud ko sa OC'ing..2 weeks ago lng nako gi-OC ako e7400..hehe..la man lingaw..daun Asus P5KPL-AM/PS ra nga board <--- pobre...320x10.5=3.36GHz...
Advice lng nako, ayaw kahadlok magOC, basta basa lng gyud daan para kabalo sa imo ginabuhat..hehe

With an intel motherboard, your chances of overclocking your e4500 are slim.

From your pc specs your mobo is not capable in overclocking. if you want to OC your procie you must choose a mobo that is capable in overclocking

you need conductive pen to BSEL mod the E4500 before you can overclock it with your current set up..goggle lang how to do it at your own risk
