    pero this should be a lesson to everyone, ayaw gyud karatol sama sa iya gi buhat nga frustrated na ka ayo sya gpang press niya ang mga numbers sa floor.. instead of ang elevator mo balik ra sa normal ni samot kayabag ga soroy2x na no-on sila sa mga floor,hehehehe.

    and mas ma au cguro sama anang tag-as na nga building mag butang gyud og operator nga mo operate sa mga mo gamit kong asa nga floor mo na-og.. para kun na-ay problema at least na-ay operator nga kahibaw og mo pa kalma sa mga customer..una pa ipa abot ang issue sa manager og sa general manager...

    in short bati gyud diay og management na nga hotel...

    wa tingali cla seminar sa customer service, wa pod kbaw ang manager wat to do n say ky labaw pa sad 2 napanic... nahan unta ko ana ila rides pero d nlng ko oi naa ra palibot nato ang dsgrasya...its not safe mn jud tngali..

    kinsa man kahibaw customer service/ satisfaction manager nila kung naa ka concern.

    I have a concern w/ Club Ultima but I dont know who to talk to.
    Ive been calling every offices admin, sales, membership to ask where I can voice my complaints but they wont give me names, just to even to ask email address but they gave me an email
    nga naa sa website. W/c I think my email will just be useless.

    These people are trained not to entertain customer satisfaction issues or shall I say customer satisfaction
    avoidance.
