actually, there's no "easy way" when it comes to software development. you have to pay it with millions of braincells. hardwork is important. And don't forget the galloons of coffee. hehehe

mas ok kung first-hand ang information so i advise you guys to visit any office that has a systematic payroll system (manual or computerized) and conduct an interview there.
