    daghan man ug mga marketing strategies na ingon ana karon. bisag asa siguro nga mall. kung maminaw ka nila then muingon ka nga dili ka then lakaw, dili ka palakwon. sus sila pa daw ang masuko. akong bf kay always man na sya tawagan sa balay kay naa lagi sya free insurance blah blah then ikapila manawag sa balay nila then na iritar na sya then giadto niya then nagpresent na ang marketer, iyang tubagon ang marketer ug question ra sad then gidiretso ra nya ingon nga "im not interested" then nasuko daw. iya bitaw gi ingnan nga "kamo, sige mo panawag sa balay mao ng niari ko para dili namo magsamok samok nako. respeto nalang ba kay gipaari man ko ninyo so respeto sad nako kay muuli nako." atbang sa cebu doc hospt daw.

    grabe laganap na talaga sila ngayon!

I would be willing to come back and investigate the company further but they can't force me to decide there. Ingon sila di na kuno pwede kay promo kuno today. Nabuang. Unsa gud na.

    At this point I was already itching to leave, pero ang kapait, di ko nila palakwon. Grabe jud, as in harangan pa jud ka nila. And he asked people to come and talk to me even if I told him that my decision was no. After maybe thirty minutes of wrangling, I told him I was leaving pero he asked me to stay so his manager could evaluate me. Ang problema he doesn't know how long she will take. Ah, nilakaw na jud ko oi walk-out. I should've done it earlier, pero ambot lang pud ngano ni stay ko. Kahibaw naman jud ko nga wala kwenta pero buotan lagi.

    Unya the guy had the nerve pa to write NS sa form nako, and tell me it means No Second Chance. Buang. Pakialam ba nako nila kung wa koy second chance.

    Lagot oi. Grabe jud, karon ra ko kaexperience ug ing-ana nga hard sell. Harrassment naman na oi.

    Grrrr, if only there is a way to complain -- ipamedia jud nako na sila.

    EDIT: BTW, while I was listening to the presentation, we were constantly interrupted by sales agents applauding Mr. So-and-so for "joining their family" I pity those people who were hoodwinked by the credit card sleight of hand trick. Grabe jud sila ka-smooth. Kung dili ka magbantay lagi, macharge jud diretso sa imo credit card.

    Default DANVIL PPL Scam

    Na cancel na imo plan how bout sa citibank, na credit back sa imo account katong amount na gi swipe? how long does it take to cancel the plan man daw? this is for verification pod kay tingalig lahi ilang promis sakoa ....kay as per metrobank man gud ingon cla na pa cancel lang daw didto sa company jud(danvil ppl) den danvil will b d one to report to them...after i send the letter thru email sa manila ang CSR called me up to fax the cancelation letter with my signature. I donu f mapa cancel pod to nila didto sa metrobank tingalig char ra pod bah makabayad nya ta...

    yes, ila na jud gi cancel ako plan, nakadawat nako ug letter from them to confirm it and also hatagan ko full refund. unsaon ta man, nahadlok tingali to coz when i gave them the letter to terminate my account i told them i was advised by my lawyer.

    they said ma refund ko after 30 days daw, so im waiting karon if tinuod ba jud. but too late na, the bank charged me the P7,600 so i have to pay for it for now.

    you don't need to email or fax them, just go directly to customer service with your letter requesting to cancel your account and also ask for refund. sila na bahala ana mu contact sa bank para mahatagan ka refund. but since 30 days pa sila maka refund, you might end up paying for it first (like me).....

    good luck sa atoa... in case dili icancel imo account and if i-cancel man gani and dili ka ma refundan, let me know, kay mao ra amo giihuwat sa ako lawyer.... **fingers crossed**





    oh and kibaw ba mo, naa pud mga sales people diha dapit sa A Salonga sa lower ground SM I don't know unsa ila racket diha and what company basta gisugat napud ko and I was asked if I have a credit card... tagam nako, I said "NO!!" hehehe
