    how to calibrate the thermometer?

ChefMate's 2-pound automatic breadmaker is focused on delivering a nice loaf without any struggle. It mixes, kneads, rises, and bakes bread automatically, with 10 different settings (including a special setting for whole-wheat bread) and a choice of 2-, 1-1/2-, or 1-pound loaves. This bread machine is pre-programmable, meaning it can bake a loaf while you're at work or sleeping--though you shouldn't use this option if using ingredients that spoil. Other nice features on this breadmaker include the ability to make cakes and jams, a beeper that tells when to add fruit and nuts, a cooldown feature, and an extra-large window that allows you to watch the bread progress. It's also compatible with most prepackaged bread mixes, which is nice when you're in serious hurry.

    Features:

    Measures 15.-1/2 by 11 by 14-1/4 inches
Mixes, kneads, rises, and bakes bread automatically
Makes 1-, 1-1/2-, or 2-pound loaves of homemade bread
10 different settings plus dough only; cake and jam cycles
Extra-large, see-thru window for watching the bread in progress
    Product Details

    Product Dimensions: 15.7 x 14.3 x 11.6 inches ; 17.0 pounds
    Shipping Weight: 18.8 pounds.

ABM1L2PS WELBILT Dual Loaf Breadmaker - Simultaneously makes two 1LB loaves of bread in various combinations of Basic White, Whole Wheat, French, and Sweet Breads. Dough setting for pizza and croissants. Signal for adding fruits and nuts. Dual viewing window. Wake to fresh baked bread with progammable timer. Cool-touch exterior. Get a tub full of ICE COLD WATER kung mahimo puno pa ug ice . Dip the thermometer for about 30 to 45 seconds n it should register a below zero temp . After mo register na cya , remove then check if mo balik ba cya sa room temp . From there calibrated na cya if room temp na cya .

I would get the DUAL BREAD MAKER because of :

    - glass window
    - variety of bakery products can be made
