actually, mga graduates gyud ang dawaton sa lexmark... but things change.. kron ky mu consider man cla...but sa call center ra sad cguro nga field...not that sure
ky undergrad mn ko... im even going to school while working there as a technical support representative. bsta lng sad cguro naa kay background sa technical field... naa mn koy technical experience with teletech as a tech support way back...that's why i was hired
I'm afraid dili the usual walk in ang pag apply sa lexmark.. you will have to access their online application and will just have to wait for their call. In my case, naa koy friend nga naka sulod una...she referred us and HR people called and scheduled us for interviews
I think if you're in Cebu, well LRDC is very good. I used to work in this company and i am satisfied man since sa Cebu pa ko at that time. But you're right that most people leave in this company naa jud nakit-an na better opportunities like to work abroad or was hired in Manila with a much better package. This company help me built my resume aron attractive sa mga employers abroad.
@coldstone, so are you one of those people who left LRDC and found a greener pasture?
well, sa Lexmark Lapu-lapu, ang tan-aw didto sa mga taw nga bag-o plng jud nisaka ang position ug naregular and then resign dayun, is, gihimo lng ug stepping stone ang lexmark...cripple pud intawn ang companya kajut ky ngita pa taw ireplace...

Ds was my previous employer.. before in LRDC(research&development) it was hard to be hired if you have some failing grades...but currently i guess they're not that strict anymore..
