Where to buy: Car-Laptop Charger

I have a Compaq CQ40. The problem is, the battery only lasts a little over an hour. I want to buy a car charger for it unta. Sa website ng Compaq, there's an available car charger for it pero i went to HP, and they said it's not available daw.

I dont want to use those china-made cheap car-laptop chargers because it might destroy my laptop, or even make a short circuit and the car might catch fire.
I also saw those car power inverters sa cd-r king, but I know that it's not reliable also. I'd rather be safe than sorry... I don't want a broken laptop and a burnt car...

Is there anywhere in Cebu na I can buy a branded and reliable car charger for my laptop?
