i miss taking calls...its been almost a year when i resigned from Sykes... is there a call center who accepts part-time employees
RE: sa pag submit sa log records, isa sad na ka way para ma sure nga walay issue bah. like if naa problema or if naa diay time nalimot kag logout so nadaot imu records and kailangan ka pag log mod, ma kita gyud sya before sa payday. because you need to check if your records are accurate before submitting. silbi mura cya isa ka safety net bah.
kaysa ig payday mahibong nalang ka nga gamay imu sweldo kay naa diay ka AWOL tungod wala ma approve on time ang imu leave. so at least, if mu submit ta sa log records, makita pa nato unsa problema before sa cut off gyud.
and... mao pud na style sa sykes so wala gyud tay mabuhat maski unsa pa ilang reasons. wala man sad ta nila gi force pagpa trabaho diri.

3. HR interview (another language assessment for further evaluation). Naa na sila comments from the Initial interview with them. And if you pass, then
4. Account Interview dayon
If makapasar ka for Account Interview, i-schedule ka nila for Contract signing dayon. But there are times na madugay ka ma schedule kay hulaton nila mapuno or madungan tanan para sa isa ka wave/batch of new hires...
akong complain lang jud no.. huot kaau jud ang sleeping quarters.. i dunno sa girls sleeping quarters but sa mga laki.. sus!! hasta ang floor d maagian kay pwerte kadaghan nang higda nalang sa sawg then nagbuy-od lang tawn.. luoy kaau tanawn.. unsaon man nga duka naman gud kaau..If they have the ability to hire more agents.. why can't they at least expand their sleeping quarters man lang.. don't they have the compassion man sad bisan gamay lang to selflessly look for their agents welfare man lang?? tsk.. paet jud baya ang wala kay tulog.. and if matulog man gani ka.. wala puy place nga you can at least man lang.. mupahuway kag gamay.. sa library pud.. makaduka ug higda lang gamay.. pukawn dayon sa guard.. be wary man sad dha uy.. esp sa HR ug ni Ms. Durano.. please have compassion to your employees man lang.. after all, the agents are the main driving force on why sykes became already what it is rignt now..at least give the agents the right place to sleep man lang.. more agents = more space to accomodate.. if you can accomodate space in the production area.. why can't they give more space sad sa sleeping quarter? the better and adequate sound body and mind = more productive agents and therefore more money in return to the company. Simple analogy lang..IMHO
