    pepino and mango salad: pepino, mango na sweet jud ok? then salt n mayo na plain n sugar gamay, add on lang limonsito if u like a bit sour sa taste. and bit-sin.

    preparation: clean mango n pepino:

    procedure: cut 1 whole pepino sa center pa taas, then chop ang haft thinly. make pepino like this line ________ naka horizontal sa choping board, then next cut pepino like this ///////////// thin siya, then put it in a bowl with salt, mix it okay okay okay with clean hands then wash it with water, for the pepino's presentation ayaw i peel tanan nya skin, peel it like strips, green white green white green white sa peeling, meaning as is ang skin na green then white na na peel nimo. next time ill add pictures para ma kita, lisuda explain oi. hehehe. then for the mango, cut iya unod, then cut thinly pud horizontal, make sure no skin ha? hehehehe.

    mixing: mix pepino and mango, salt gamay, then sugar and mayo. basta thin ang pepino. ang taste ani kai sweet and salty gamay pero not to salty, then ang sweet sa mango ani mo mix sa mayo, sugar gamay n bit-sin gamay, mag depende ni sa taste ninyo. ok ni pag cold ang mango n pepino after na cut, e freg sa or add same cold water or ice.

    remainders: sa pepino, dali ra kaayo na mo suyop sa parat. kai thinly cut mani cya then pag wash ani with salt, then wash water. why salt i wash? bitaw noh? i ask maning about that pero i forget. hmmmmmm aside maka add cya taste sa pepino then maka grand cya sa part sa pepino, like it haft cook, something like that mantingali. hehehehe.


    hope na kuha ninyo, kai to be honest. nag lisud pud ko ani bah. very simple pero siludan ko. ambot ni wat to sa migo nako. naa sa uno or mizu sa waterfront chef sa japanese restaurant, im not familiar sa name basta sa waterfront japanes food. if maka adto mo, ask him lang. francis daniel maning ang name.

    few ra akong vegan foods. but il still try to share wat i know. ^_^

    kanang recipe para kalabasa bro, naa? mao man gud ni ako paborito, mantika dayon ahos , unya kalabasa butangan gamay sabaw then ginisa mix, pul-an sad ko kon ing ani permi...minus sa ginisa mix wa gyod na lami, unsay lain paagi pagluto ani bro?

    try soup bro. just add some cream and chickn cube, and sibuyas dahon. ^_^ no need namn tingali egg n cornstarch. vegan can eat eggs man noh? and bro try using honey bro, it helps alot with salads. ^_^

    skinning a rubbet: rabbit, rop, knife, chopping board.

    preparation: kissed the rabbit good bye, tie rabbits legs very tightly then nevermind, basin ma banned ko. hehehehe same rapud sa goat. after, put it high head down, then .. hehehe

    cooking for rabbit adobo: same lang sa adobo. tuyo, laurel, ahos, suka, paminta
    heat pan, oil and salt it, then cube rabbit add on, then pamintang durog, laurel, tuyo and suka, then water gamay lang, para ma cook jud cya, best pag mga 2 3 to 4 months old. and best to serve whn it hot, kai pag dili na init, morag manok pang sabong. hehehehe. thats why most movies with rabbit food, kai stew and bbq.

    fruit and greens: lettuce, tomatos, orange, honey, mango, pepino, grapes, avocado, bilpeper, Romanian lettuces. for the dressing: mayo, limonsito or lemon, sugar, salt paper.

    for the orange, peel the skin na makita ang unog sa orange, skin it na asta ang white covering niya mahuka, then take out the orange ang unod niya. then mix apil sa veges.

    preparation: wash veges n fruites mix then togather, then let it cool for 20mins. make sure no more excess water sa fruits n veges. then mix mayo plain, sugar, honey, lemon, salt a little n peper, and olive oil para lami. estimate it jud ok. im still on the process of making a garlic sauce. try it daw, garlic power, salt, pepper and mayo. then add same dice parsley.

    then get the veges n fruits then mix the dressing.or i dress on top lang ang dressing. ^_^ goodluck hope i added more to your taste.

    extra extra extra: to make the color yellow, add mustard, to make it green, add dice parsley.
    and taste ani, kai sweet n sauce.

    junkfoods: any big chips, ground beef, tuyo, tomato, cheesewiz

    freferation: clean and chop dice tomatos, fry ground beef, and dont dice it all will frying, leave big parts of ground beef on fry and add some tuyo just to add flavor. then stir ground beef. on separate pan, heat the cheesewiz and add a little bit of water, like a teaspoon 1 or 2, depends on how much cheesewz ur heating.

    to serve: plate then add the chips, then the ground beef, then dice tomatos, then the melted cheesewiz
    then serve.

    ^_^ try this out guys. shake poteto ^_^ potato, ice, milk evap, sugar.

    boil potelo para mo lata, then mush it then blind it, with ice, milk and sugar. ^_^ u can add some fruits if your want. but 1st, taste the plain potato before evolving it to a new taste. ^_^

    chicken HOt POt sa Harbor, inato style: rice, mas ok ang rice sagulan ug pilit gamat ^_^, 1/4 kilo chicken cube cuts, haft sa 18pesos na plastic dried mushroom takuyaki, broccoli gamay lang but if u like many naara nimo, 1 carrots, tuyo, brown sugar,naay less 27 na 4pcs o tag 10pesos 1pc chorizo bilbaw, i forget some of the veges. hehehehe, 1/2 chicken cube, salt n ground paminta

    preparation: clean everything and segregate, drawn the dry mushroom sa water remainder dont yabO the water for future use, slice the carrrots with no skin and clean na into 45 degree virtical, basta slice nalng na thinly na pataas, broccoli na ge tabas-tabas na, if u have tried eating it in harbor, mas ok kaayo. ang mushroom pag humok naa, cut twice lang or make some X mark sa top nila, depending on wat u like fore presntation. ^_^ petchay d i or japans ptchy mas ok. bilbaw same cut sa carrots, thinly cut na pataas.

    cooking: heat pan, add oil,add salt dsolve, fry the fry the takuyaki mushroom, then chicken, carots, brocoli, then the bilbaw, pag cooked na, set aside. remainders: make sure na humok ang mushroom para macook jud cya, and make sure na cook ang mushroom, thats why i add the mushroom 1st to let the flavor come out then the broccoli, kanang cut na dali ma cook, all veges should be in a haft cook, para ma feel nimo ang iyang pagka crunchy. hehehe. ang pitchay pwde nimo steam lang add on lang sa ice pag hapit na ma cook or u can cook it 1st before frying the veges n all, water lang cya, haft cook ok?

    sauce: heat kaldiro, add the water of the takuyaki, then tuyo, sugar and chicken cube, water gamay. ang taste ani kai mag focus sa takuyaki, and tam-is cya. ang sauce ani kai ma fusion jud ang sugar, takuyaki n tuyo, then basta kamo na mag bagay2 ok?

    serving: heat the hot pot, u can buy it at whitegold. pag init na add the veges n chckn na g set aside add oil gamay, then mix with the rice, then pag mix na tanan and init2 na, u can uplift some of the veges n chicken for the presentation and ptchy sa kilid2 lang pa circle sa hot pot. then pag serve and sauce naa sa kilid. pag open, u can add the sauce or u can add it while you are mix all of then in the hot pot. hehehehe. must ok pag u eat sa harbor then after try cooking this.

    then serve it na dayon, ^_^ best with fruits pa gana, then sodas, or fruit juice. best pud naa lumpia, ^_^ hope i added some good taste ^_^ simple food with great taste ^_^
