but....there are some cases that when posting a new topic it will leads to double/triple post maybe because of the net connection of the poster... with this regard... how could we correct the mistake? pls enlightened us with this matter.. thanks in advance!!!

since users cannot delete their own started topics, in case of multiple postings, just edit the rest and note it for mod deletion.
