paulus was arrested by Mandaue City police in the act of giving a firearm to an assassin hired by paulus in front of the Basak parish church... paulus was quoted "patay nako ani" during arrest... all IrO defended paulus... police file illegal possesion of firearms against paulus, apparently no law in RP about conspiracy to murder until an act is committed ... until up to the present the IrO are still defending paulus' "innocence"
