Barangay clearance

-you can get this from our barangay hall sa A.S. Fortuna!
if you're coming from Country mall, before ni siya sa stoplight.
It's near the metrobank branch, opposite side. Makakita ka 1 lane
dirt road, sulod lang naa didto ang barangay hall.
kung naa na ka previous record na nagkuha, ka dali ra. kung wala
pagdala ug proof that you stayed here for some time. i.e. cedula,
driver's license, etc. There is another barangay hall close by!
You can opt to get it sa Cabangcalan Barangay Hall instead.
It's located at the intersection of P. Remedio and Cabangcalan.
It's a 3 story green building! It's the only green building along
cabangcalan. I've never tried getting clearance here since
mas accessible ang A.S. Fortuna.

NBI

- duol ni sa capitol bldg. walking distance. You have to be there before 7 a.m.!
The line is long and they only process 100 or so requests per day. If you come
after 7am, there is no assurance that you will be one of the few.

If you have a "personal copy" sa previous NBI, no probs. If wala, you have to know
the birthdates ug birthplaces sa imong parents (with zipcode). Naa na kuno
NBI renewal sa mall dapit sa LTO (SM Cebu) dili lang ko ka confirm.

Police Clearance

- you can get your police clearance at the Mandaue Police Station across
Cebu Sports Complex! It's walking distance from the Mandaue City Hall (naa sad tricycle).
You will need your birth certificate, Barangay clearance, and some I.D.s. They won't keep
those, they'll just take a look! It is posted outside that you will receive your clearance
after 2 days. They don't really bother to check the records for criminal history . You'll
get it in an hour or so.

about sa PHILHEALTH,, kibaw mo guys how to secure a philhealth number (pre-employment requirement man gud)..? ...been to philhealth, dapat daw murag mu-sign ang employer og something (Er2 form). then submit it apil sa M1a form to get a philhealth number. ingon ana jud diai na?..... involved pa jud ang prospect employer just to get a philhealth number hmm... ala jud koy alam..

To secure a philhealth number. you have a employer or i mean you can apply this a requirement before reporting to work. just only Er2 form , just get a priority no. not on the guard but in the incharge. then wait your no. to be called then for almost 1 hr. , they called your name and signed you will received your philhealth no. (cartoon ra na sya beige color)

ah.. same tag case. i'm not registered sa cebu but fortunately gi-issuehan gihapon ko og brgy clearance here sa cebu ( family friend man pud ang brgy capt. ). pero gi-indicate lang nila na "transient resident" lang ko.
