how long do you brush your teeth?

ad do you brush once or twice. meaning in that moment. so do you brush. add more toothpaste and brush again..

i brush only once (but twice a day hehe) for maybe 1 minute. not sure exaclty. maybe more or less... next time i should time my self.

and your toothpaste also used? mine pyodontil sometimes sensodyne

3 times a day... am & noon mga 5 minutes cguro pag brushing, apil na ang tongue.

kung gabii maoy dugay mga 10- 15 min., kay mag floss paman ko sa ako teeth.

gum toothpaste ako gamit.
