do we need to enroll and belong to a particular order? ( sori ha i dont quite understand)
*I see alot of people wearing them young and old .....so they had to enroll and receive a special ceremony or blessing to be able to wear that??
* I always thought that scapular are blessed ( ordinarily by a priest ) and worn of course and be devoted to it .
