256 mb and 512 md ram? can u combine them?

is it advisable to combine them for use in a computer? are there problems that might occur of you do it?

YUP of course... a total of 768mb of ram.. wont give any problem UNLESS there's an incompatibility issue between the two dimms

im most cases its no problem at all.
however if they differ in brands in some cases it will cause problems/incompaibility.

No problem ra pero try it para sure ug note that same speed ang both RAMs.

Using mine 512MB TwinMOS & 256MB NCP PC3200 DDRs and happy w/ it.

just make sure boss dat both of them has the same speed..lets say 400 or 533mhz kay f ang isa lower speed and the other one is faster it will take the speed of the lower RAM so sayang ang faster RAM.

mao sad gyud nay naka disadvantage ana.. kng dili pareha ang speed... sayayng gyud ang usa na mag taas ug speed dili kaau magamit.. oh well..
