i dont know if guba siya but the last time i played with it,something popped it saying i have to upgrade it to version 5.0 and then it turned off.

now my question is,asa ta maka upgrade ani?its the resistance retribution limited edition.(aussie stock),i brought it to sony service centre...went to ayala and sm already to have it fixed but no one has the software.what should i do?please help!
