Gas Mask for 3rd Party Smokers?

Well here's the problem, my dad always smokes every night in our living room. My computer happens to be in the living room and I'm clearly a victim for 3rd party smoking. I get migrane, headache or sometimes I can't breathe well. I'm tired of scolding my dad for smoking, I guess its time to let go of it and let him die of his own vice.

Yes, I don't want to have complications just because of this problem. I'm thinking of getting a gas mask, does anyone know what gas mask is best suited for 3rd party smokers?
