this should be good for business but bad for ship owners who have routes from cebu to bohol.

...the initial assumptions that the bridge will hop from islet to islet from Cordova, to reach Jetafe, is indeed the most likely possibility. Furthermore, the aerial distance between Cordova and Jetafe is only about 25 kilometers. Since the bridge-chain will be 90 kilometers long, klaro again nga it will be passing by those islands/islets between Mactan and Bohol. Which brings us to another fact.

Fact: Along these island chains lie precious coral reefs.

So I guess you guys are more excited about the economic benefits of having such a bridge, than concerned about the environmental impact of such a huge project. But heck, it's your province/island, not mine. I guess you can do whatever you want to do with it, for the sake of progress.

balancing act nasad ni to minimize environmental impact. but i think i can be done.

if madayon i guess it would be the world longest bridge that traverse between land and sea...and so with the cost kon dili lang gamitan og sub standard - US$ 3M case study palang - i dont think paigo ang initial Php 20Billion budget for this 90km stretch bridge - this would be part of the world's mega structure project i don't know how it goes with our economy - dili ba kaha mao napod ne another basis for corruption IMHO

I agree bro. Kung Koreans ang mo build ini through BOT, morag minus siguro ang kawat kay sila man ang mo operate through a toll system. Unya proven na ang Koreans mo trabaho ug horizontal projects. They can deliver I believe. Tan-awa lang ang BUDA highway sa Mindanao, world class kaayo. So I think nga kung sila mag build unya mag operate, dili sad siguro nila i substandard kay maunay ra sad sila unya sa ilang binuang in case man gani mohimo sila ug mga anomaliya.
