how to control/limit bandwidth shared sa router?

hi sirs/ma'ams

hmp, naa koy wireless router, then akoang pc (desktop) nakakonek sad sa router (gamit LAN cable).. how can i adjust/limit or control the bandwidth nga eshare sa router? is it possible to do this?

and, how does the router manage/divides the bandwidth? nglibog man gud ko ky naa sad koy amigo nga niingon nga if duha kabuok PC ang gaandar and connected cya sa network (be it wirelessly or wired) automatically divided dw equally for both (like 384kbps = 192 each PC).. then akong pgtuo sad is, madivided lang ang bandwidth each time a client demands/requires for certain bandwidth.. or kung muaccess lang cya sa net, or kung musolod ba ug yotube then mgstreaming, then thats the time nga bahinan cya and maapektohan ang net sa tanan.. hehe nglibog na nuon me asa jud ang tinuod aning duha..

i rily want to control the bandwidth (if pwede ni).. like muallocate lang ko sa uban ug certain amount, ky if econsider nako nga automatically divided by number of clients, wasted ra kay wat if YM lang cla.. and di sad ko gnahan maslowed ko tongod kay ngstream cla.. (and my connection is only 384kbps )

i hav also tried sauna, mrag software man to pro gamay ra ang size niya (Kb rman guro to), wla ko ksabot unsaon to pg gamit and i doubt if that wud rily work..

Naa sa linksys nga router pero dili tanan nga model bro. Sa D-Link pwede ka gamit ug DIR-655 ug DGL-4500 nga router.

sir i'm using D-Link DIR-300 man.. wla ni cya ani nga feature noh? so it depends ra jud diay sa router nga gamit? sir do u think softwares will work (nga dli man sa router nga software gyud) ?

and BTW sir, para unsa diay tuod ng mrag buton niya sa kilid, when i hold press it for like 2-3secs kay mublink cya ug blue light sa kilid, then mawa ra sad taod2..

Quality of Service (QoS). you can also filter the ports.

hmm, wla lagi akoa anang QoS settings, pero nakabasa ko nga naay QoS akong router.. but igo ra nimo machek ang box nga Enable smart QoS, wla ko anang maadjust ang settings like the one in the screenshot of coolnezz..

how bout the latency? is there anything i can do to improve my latency? or sa ISP najud na? i've also tried katong TcpAckFrequency nga registry edit, mrag wla man kaayu juy effect, myb wa sad nako maensakto pgkabuhat

anyways, maapektohan ba akong latency if shared akong net sa uban? or bandwidth lang? ky delayed gyud kaayu inig magduwa ko og online..

Dili nimu ma limit ang bandwidth sa imong DIR-300 wala man siya capability.

if you can access or manage your router via web interface bro..then you can cap or limit the bandwidth consumption of each equipment connected to it...pero if wala cya ana na feature...em just not sure if possible bah...
