it would take a lifetime of several presidents to be able to modernize the whole armed forces of our country

in arroyo's administration, modernizing the air force is regal but i think this move should be supported by his predecessors so that the program would be much appreciated by all.

Mas okay ang Apache but we don't need its capabilities. x2 pud ang presyo ug mas mahal ang operating cost. The Apache was originally conceived as a tank killer. The Cobra on the other hand was originally conceived to fight in the jungles of Vietnam.
