check the item by googling the products ID or serial. you can see who manufactured the product and its specs that way.
an example is the videocard cooler they are selling are made from Jetart. and branded CDRKING. yes thier puchasing them and sticking thier brand on these items, thier not bad items at all.
ive used a lot of thier products, and some are really good. depends on who manufactured the items and thier quality in making it. so do some research.
