2 types of application aside from cooking.
1.) rub it together and squish it using mortar and pestle then place it directly on wound with cloth for a wrap. I swear a grave wound caused by something like an allergy was eliminated.
2.) Squish it together and accumulate a teaspoon of its juices (with a help of a few drops of water of course) and then drink it. It cured my wife's ulcer.
