Me, I don't PERSONALLY like Kristine as a PERSON, BUT I like her as a TRAINER. At the end of the day it's work man sad nga naa ta sa ICT and not because of the people around us. So people, don't mind nalang sa management and everything, anyway daku bitae sweldo. Kana nalang gud huna-hunaa.

I partly agree but the reason why people stay in the a company dako sad jud ang people culture and environment factor not just because of the money... =)

Yes, but it depends pud of your intention, for me my primary intention jud is because of money and not being so sociable to the people around, Even though "pakikisama" is also important but it just because you are there in the company. Thats why I don't mind the management, politics, and back-biters.

I agree. I think the best thing to do is to be the best of what you do in the office. But sometimes bisan grabe na imo achievements sa imo work wa gihapon ma recognize ug maayo tungod sa sobra politics sa kumpanya. It's really normal in a corporate world.
