dont have anything against filipina girls marrying foreigners..
they have their own reasons..
ako diko ganahan..simply because they're not my type..
but cant say never coz who knows i might..

basta ang ako lang is dili lang nato i generalize. lain lain man ug rason ang mga pinay nga naminyo ug foreigner gud. luoy sad kaau tong nagminyo tungod sa gugma jud and not for practical reasons nga gina ingon sa uban diri if ato i generalize..

Ug naminyo diay ang mga PINAY nato sa mga KOREANS , CHINESE , JAPANESE , AFRICAN AMERICANS , BOMBAY , IRANIAN , PAKISTANI etc ... di ba mga PORENDYER man pod na sila ? Even the Malaysians and Indonesians na murag pinoy ra pod but the fact wont change na FOREIGNERS gihapon na sila .

hmmm... different reasons for different folks man ni uy.
One of them could be:

Wala na jud makit-an na laing Pinoy ang girl. And would prefer foreigners coz they are more open-minded with regards to beauty. Mostly (dili tanan), ang mga laki diri sa Pilipinas kay pili-an man kaayo. Ganahan og gwapa, sexy, puti, mestiza, this & that... etc etc... mura raba jud og gwapo pud sila. Tambok pud raba ng uban and wala pud angay. i mean, hilas lang sila kaayo. No offense, guys. Dili bitaw tanan. But that's one of my observations.

So (human nature..) the common/average/simple/plain Pinay would look for someone who would appreciate her as she is. Someone who would call her beautiful even if pirat siya'g ilong, itom or whatever. And sad to say, only foreigners find the real beauty of real Pinays.

Agree to this. Pero grabe jd ang stereotyping when it comes to a filipina girl having a foreigner boyfriend. I always believe baya na we shoud not judge them kay kun naa jd dii ay love beh and cguro there are people who just like blue eyes!! ! usahay lang jd ang uban pinoy hipocrito lang jd kaayo.. tungod sa mga moral values chuva.. pero kun practical lang jd.. adto na lang jd sa foreigners.. pero yaw lang sad tawn nang pareha sa mga tiguwang na maglingkod2x sa french baker. heheheh! Bitaw honestly, let's not judge those people cause they have their own reasons.. usa sa akong makit-an na reason sad kay daghan na kaayong bayot diri sa cebu, another one is mas daghan daw kuno ang babae sa lalaki mao ng ang mga lalaki nag two timer na lang and well foreigners are more open-minded and expressive of how they feel heheh!

i have no issues with our pinays goin out or married to a foreigner.

my tita who is a doctor in the states married a caucasian who is earning less than half of her salary. ma hulog na ako tita nag buhi sa american... ako family walay issue sa ila marriage coz love man sa ako tita and the guy adores her.

my ex who went to that states last year left me for an american (nag kaila ako ex ug iya uyab sa bar coz the guy is a DJ and my ex parties alot. round 2 months na naa siya sa states naka uyab siya ug white guy).... i have no issues with it coz obviously my ex loves the guy and i don't think my ex left me for that guy for money coz she is filthy rich herself here in cebu and they own a company in the states plus she's earning good money modeling and doin whatever she's doin there.

so point is i know alot of people who married foreigners or is goin out with foreigners not for money but for love. though we can't deny that some pinays do marry foreigners for money pero dili sad na to ma deny na MAS DAGHAN PINAY NA MU MARRY UG PINOY RA GIHAPON FOR MONEY.

bahin sa topic, okay ra man. i have a cousin who will be getting married to an american this year. sa akong ma obserbaran niya, she's genuinely in love. i have an aunt sad who married an american. actually it's cute knowing you look very different, but might have something really in common. or you might not have anything in common but you complement each other. ang uban lang murang maklaro nga murang wala gyud anang duha. so muna tingaling maka huna huna ang uban ug lain. pero i think there is a huge chance that they fall in love with their mates pud. dali ra man sad matudlu-an ang kasing kasing sa uban. (daghanang uban ato oi)

agree ko ni tita jawwy, i think poverty ang reason but i can say... not really the main reason..

of course, a lot of factors come into play.. i think depende ra sa girl if what jud iya reason y nakig relation cyag porenjjjerrr..maybe because of poverty? true love? para maka adtog gawas? well, we never know..

about sad sa question kung ngano "rare" sa mga pinoy mangitag "white chick" or blonde, simple ra tubag ana.. kay.... ehem...you know what im thinking.. hehehehe.. joke!
