@nicollai, why qualfon? because qualfon DOES NOT ATTRACT PEOPLE FOR MONEY.. qualfon don't project a BRAND of being a high paying employer but rather an employer who simply cares and who pay for performance...
so with this in mind, i think this is the kind of employer i want of which i can grow and be the person i can be...
additionally, the way I see it.. a lot of restructuring is on going just to project the kind of brand the corporate office want. they've already learned their lessons for the past three (3) years i.e. hiring/promoting the wrong people and doing it again is simply too stupid...
