They say said It will accour around 00:00 UT <-- Universal time (aka Greenwich).
In our time zone, Philippines belongs to +8 time zone
Therefore around 8:00 in the morning.

Eclipse point begins in India. 00:00 UT time start is for around India. Let time pass by a little, the ecplise will pass thru China eventually. From there Philippines only see partial ecplise on the north side of the map.

From our point, we are facing North East, our views are upside down, ecplise facing at the bottom left. I started waiting around 8:30AM and i begun shooting in sequence in different time.
