Predicting Apophis' Earth Encounters in 2029 and 2036
kani nga space object ato dapat bantayan in 2029.
to quote:"Using criteria developed in this research, new measurements possible in 2013 (if not 2011) will likely confirm that in 2036 Apophis will quietly pass more than 49 million km (30.5 million miles; 0.32 AU) from Earth on Easter Sunday of that year (April 13)."
IMO: maybe the new measurements will be discovered in 2012, and that Apophis will not quietly pass.. just a thought
oh lain nasad nga date.? o_O;
ahw, another memo added to my notes. .jijijijij
People can actually do something better than just sit around and enjoy life to the fullest. Let all the cows, cats and dogs enjoy life to the fullest. We are different...we are HUMAN BEINGS.
We are HOMO SAPIENS. We have brains. We have the capacity to think. We have the capacity to build. We have the capability to think of ways to get off this rock and build the necessary things to achieve the goal.
That, coupled with the ever-present human desire to satisfy curiosity and the zest for exploration, is being "human" at its finest.
Thus, in my opinion, the only "fully human" human being, is a spacefaring human being.

imo, mao na ni ang living life to its fullest. .so, unsa pa man ang something better nga ma.buhat.??We are HOMO SAPIENS. We have brains. We have the capacity to think. We have the capacity to build. The brain is like a muscle--whenever you flex your muscles, they feel good, because blood flows through them, providing them with the nutrients and oxygen one has absorbed through the digestive and respiratory systems. Similarly, thinking makes the brain feel good. Using one's brain to expand one's horizons and flexing one's mind by figuring out puzzles and solving problems of existence is one way of living life to the fullest. But yes, that is my way. I guess others can feel free to define what they think is "leading a full life".
To pull this input back into a course that tangents with the topic of the thread, the broadening one's horizons by thinking, is one way to combat the paranoia of "fearing the end of the world", because you don't have to fear--fear is a product of not knowing. Most people are afraid of the dark because they don't know what lies in it, and most people are afraid of the future because they can't foresee what will happen. But using your brain to solve these issues will liberate your mind, and not being afraid of what tomorrow will bring will eventually set you free and make you think of other things that can enrich your own existence in this world we live in.
