there is no need for you to convert videos into WMV all you have to do is download "Optional Media Update". Of course be connected to Xbox Live.

Plug in your USB with the AVI file > My Xbox > Video Library > Portable Device > An info will occur thus prompting you to download ""Optional Media Update" > download it > then your done.

go back to Video Library > Portable Device > Select the file > then done.

Hope this help.

PS: when removing your USB from the xbox 360 turn off the console then wait for few seconds. It's just dangerous to remove them if the computer is accessing data from it. This is to prevent data corruption.

Thanks ßattousai, but unfortunately, don't have wired connection to our Xbox, anyway, what i am doing is I am using Xvid4PSP where it can convert almost any video to different format and technology including Xbox.
