ang cebu global may ga una una sa trending sa mango na callcenters na hastang pagka ngil-ad ug praktis.

last batch nila.. out of 20+ trainees, lima ra ang gi pasar.

the sad part is, When in training, Allowance ra imo pay AND you will only get the allowance "IF" you pass training. Meaning, 5 ra ang nkakuha ug pay, the 15+, na TY ila hago.

worst gyud :
ang reason kay kinahanglan mo log-in naka 15 mins before sa imo scheduled shift if di ka ka log-in 15 mins before the shift starts late na ka.. kinahanglan mo log-out sad ka 15 mins after the shift kay kung mag-una ka log out undertime ka.. mag take pajud ka ug call/chat anang 15 mins after end sa imo shift.. hahaha.. if malate ka bsan 1 min 50% nalang sa daily rate imo makuha.. daily rate is 300+.. delay ang sweldo nya ang performance bonus di ihatag.. no other benefits gawas sa gov't mandated benefits

About LCS? this call center is full of s!@#. Poor management ---> 1[NI] - Needs Improvement. Tech1 bunos is now gone because they purchase a brand new fortuner.1.9m... bubuye bonus... wiw. BTW. The teir1 bunos is only 2.5k, and always delayed plus they always make excuses so that you can't have the bonus. I ask for the name of who's in charge of the payroll and they said that they don't know? WTH! Who's making our payrolls? T.I.B.S.
