hey guys...what's this?calendar method?hahaha...that's not safe noh..people who want to engage in PMS unya dili gusto mabuntis,don't use calendar method kay low rana ug percent rate..it may seem easy but its tricky..the use of calendar method still varies if your flow is regular or irregular..but whatever kind of cycle you have, it doesn't guarantee na safe ni siya..dghn na kaayo nasipyat ani na style..if you don't want to get pregnant,don't spread your legs..dapat mag abstain from doing it unless your married..rmember sis,ang sipyat sa tao kay dili na pwede ma erase...
