If you're battery's full and you still can't finish an hour of video then there's definitely something wrong with your iPod because I've been using my Ipod to watch movies (full length 2-hour movies) and some episodes of Firefly (40 minutes long per episode) on 1 charge.

as I've said " over an hour on Constant video", meaning it could have been 2 hours or 3Â* or 4 hours = battery won't last long as portable DVD. I don't think there's something wrong with ipod video coz this is fairly new (less than 2 months & stilll at warranty @ CC in case something's wrong) and I only use this if I have free time and it always been full charge.

I think its much more effecient to buy 60GB iPOD if you really wanna use the video feature of it. The battery life lasts longer and you can finish a full length movie with some battery to spare for music before it completely runs out.hehe. I loaded it up with my favorite anime's so that i can watch it anytime anywhere.

I agreed!Â* Another $100.00 more, you can have 60GB. I canÂ* have 15000 songs out of it and up to 150 hours of video and up to 20 hours of battery life.Â* You can put a lot of bloopers with your Ipod..!

the only diff between 30gb and 60gb ipod is battery life and the extra $100 for the 60gb

ive got a 30gb ipod video got over 400 songs my photo collection is in it, BTW the photos are stored in both optimized and the original file taken at 5megapixels , a few MTVs. and ive only used up 3 yup THREE Gb of storage...plus the video isnt so good...due to the battery life
