here's mine..i got this from my aunt's cookbook and we always bake this one coz very easy ra jud xa and healthy pa jud..Na memorize na lang nako ang ingredients and steps on how to do this kay mao ni permi ipa bake ni antie nako.
-------CARROT CAKE-------
Ingredients:
3cups APF(All Purpose Flour)
2tsp. baking powder (BF)
2tsp. baking soda (BS)
1/4tsp. salt
2tsp. vanilla
4pcs. unbeaten eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups grated carrots
1 can crushed pineapple(small)
Procedure:
Sift together dry ingredients and set aside..In a bowl, combine oil and sugar,mix thoroughly.Add one egg at a time, beating each addition, then add in vanilla. Alternately add the dry ingredients and the grated carrots until no more lumps are found.(wala nay tibugol nga flour) Then lastly, add the crushed pineapple to the batter and mix well..Place on a greased baknig pan(round, rectangular or square) with wax paper in it and bake on a 375 degree F. or 178 degree C for 30-45 minutes or until done.
tip: para mahibaw an kung luto na ang cake, try to tusok the center of the cake with a clean toothpick or a cake tester.If wala na mupilit sa toothpick, that means luto nana.Para mas tipid pod, pwedi nimo tungaon paggamit ang crushed pineapple para naa pa ka magamit the next time gusto ka magluto na pod ug carrot cake.
This is good for snacks kay healthy jud ni xa..Simple but nutritious jud.Ideal para ihanda if naai visitors..
