    bro. basin nkalimut ka nga ang abs genetics gyapon. wlay abs nga pareho. similar naa pero pareho wla. some abs are 4packs, 6packs, or even 8packs. and the worst is, some abs are TILTED/Tabinge/Hiwe!!

    be happy ka naa ka 4pacs. just keep it up and sooner or later mugawas ra na xa(cguro). that is if you muscles are made for it... good luck ^_^

    di bah 70% depends on what u eat and 30% is exercise.
    so i guess, it will make a diff on ur diet.
