Before ma mis-interpret sa tanan, just a clarification lng, ang pagsimba sa Boarn Again Christian Church bisag kapila pa ka mosimba bisag usa ka tuig nka ni simba kung wla ka magpa Water Baptism og ni submit sa Holy Spirit Baptism doesn't mean nag pa convert nka into Born Again Christian. Kung Roman Catholic ka nisimba sa Born Again Church pabilin ka Roman Catholic ghapon not until you do the Baptism.
Kung nisimba ka sa Born Again Church that's wat you call converted by faith but not by religion.
OT:nahanaw na si otis, heheheh
ala na nahibaw-i kung na ok na iyang problemsa pagpaconvert sa religion

you know what peps, akong tatay was not a catholic before. but because sa iyang love pra ni nanay ngconvert cya. and now he's an active member of couples for christ and even became a laymen.

The Catholic Church once used conversion by force to enslave the nations.
Baptist denominations have the same radical method of evangelization, from what I was told..........
The best thing is to TRY and find common-ground of your faith. you both believe in the man who turned Himself in for the sins of the world 2000 years ago, bisag diha nalang mo magkasinabot.
While I myself am NOT for ecumenicalism, sometimes that might be a start of mutual understanding and respect. We also need to be proactive instead of being reactive. Seekers of wanting to LISTEN than to be listened to.
you bring up a lot of good points to ponder, Cardinal Bunal. i especially like your comment about Proactivism. It is definitely is much better than reactivism.
