    I have same experience with you. Sauna my eyes do hurt asta ako ulo labi na prolong staying in front of the computer mga 3-4 hours grabe mglabad ako ulo then mu sleep ko kad**** after that mawala.

    However, lately I sleep irregularly sahay kadlawon na then mata buntag, then tog nasad mata hapon na maglabad na ako ulo.

    I do suggest na if ever matog ka around 8pm for example, naa man jud time na maanad ka ug mata maybe around 6am, yaw na jud og katog og balik kay anha maglabad imoha ulo. I sleep too much and this also cause me headaches everytime. I don't take any medicine kay I don't want to be drug dependent. I just drink a lot of water ra and that's it.
