    like yoga drink milk sleep at least 8hrs a day..
    avoid anything with "partially hydrogenated oils"
    Trans Fats and tobacco use are strictly off limits ..
    Trans Fats are mutated fats that confuse body- Studies have shown that it goes so far as to even trick the body into thinking it needs more food even after eating..

    there are certain foods na maka hinay sa imuhang growth development..
    i've read it in a height challenge book somewhere.. from u.s pa..
    you can try to make a research pud.. that can help..

    here are some tips na u shud avoid
    Excessive *Caffeine
    *tobacco - cigars,pipes.
    *Trans fat & Saturated Fats - beef fat,lard,butter,cream,palm oil,coconut oil. etc..
    * Alchohol - liquor,beer and wine
    *SimpleCarbs - gum,tofee,candy,table sugar,cake,jelly/jam.

    Implement heavily on ur diet:
    * Protein such as chicken breast,skim milk,yogurt,soy,eggs(de-yolk),Protein poweder *Whey or cassein (fast or slow absorption)

    *Complex carbs such as Oatmeal, whole grain breads,Brown rice,all bran,sweet potato,All bran,Beans,Green Veggies.

    *Healthy Fats : olive oil,peanut oil, unsalted nuts,avocados,peanut oil. (monounsaturated fats)

    *Polyunsaturated fats: safflower oil,corn oil,soy oil,cottonseed oil.. etc..
    Omega 3 fatty acids: Salmon,Mackerel,herring,flax seeds,flax oil, soy bean and canola oil.
