How to know if you are really in love?

I've been on a lot of "love" situations where I could never determine if I really love that girl or what. Result, I don't get the girl because she got tired of waiting... And don't get me wrong I've been with all types... Straight forward, shy types, reserved types, wild types, silent types... But never was I was really determined in saying these two phrases that would close the deal... "I LOVE YOU" and "WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND?"... Hang2d ra jud ko I like you very much...

I love the chase and I love the challenge it brings but when I get the girl's attention and there is a big chance that I can have her as a girl friend, I dunno, I just back out...

At first I thought I am the extreme torpe... A looser and a coward... But come to think of it, I'm not shy when it comes to getting to know somebody... I think I got relationship issues.. I don't think I can commit to someone because of unknown reasons...

End result: Still single (from birth), and I'm not getting any younger..

Any tips or ideas?

What i mean in this thread is that.... I could really not determine if I really love the person as the way my dad loves my mom... Call me crazy but the reason that I can't say I love you is that, I don't mean it man jud... I've wanna try many times na jud nga mo sulti ana nga phrase but I don't wanna say something I don't mean... D man ko ganahan mahurt sad sila 2ngod ana... I have a great amount of respect to women, coz I was raised by a very wonderful one...

I dunno maybe I'm a coward or maybe I haven't found the one that would make me go head over heels in love.....

same here.... sad to say ana sad akong na feel until now.... i have been in the same situation...
and im not shy when it comes to working with women.. in fact dili ko shy if i discuss anything basta related lang sa work... but when adto na outside sa work.. i feel like a coward... and these girls are afriad of me because of my sharp eyes.... lolz.. i stare at their eyes para ma taha sila

ahahahahhahaha... ako sad its hard to commit because i sometimes feel insecure... and most of the time unkown reasons.
