My girlfriend was stopped by a CITOM in JY square mall sometime ago because she crossed a "solid line." true enough it was a violation. So the citom asked for my girlfriend's license and tried to explain what was wrong about it. That went ok until the time when the CITOM asked my girlfriend for 200 bucks for it. All she had was 500 bucks so she gave. and to top it off, the idiot asked my gf to unlock the car so he could get in. my gf freaked and sped off.
