    Thumbs up Cheezy Scallops

    Cheezy Scallops
    1/4 kilo scallops
    A dash of AJI-SHIO Seasoning with Pepper
    A dash of AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic
    1/4 kilo cheese(any kind)

    Bechamel sauce:
    1 cup fresh milk
    2 teaspoons butter
    2 teapsoons flour
    A pinch of grated nutmeg
    A dash of AJI-SHIO Seasoning with Pepper

    1. Mix scallops with AJI-SHIO Seasoning with Pepper and AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic with a little bit of oil and bake in the oven for about 3 to 5 minutes.
    2. Mix butter with flour in hot pan, cook until it is foaming
    3. Add milk and whisk constantly until it is thick, season to taste with nutmeg and AJI-SHIO Seasoning with Pepper.
    4. Pour the sauce on the scallops and grate some cheese over on the top.

    5. Serve hot.

    Guacamole
    3 ripe avocados, peeled
    1 ripe roma tomato, chopped
    Small bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 tablespoon sliced jalapenos
    1 fresh lime, juice only
    2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

    In a bowl, mix together avocado pulp and the rest of the ingredients. Mash well with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    You can add a teaspoon of jalapeņo brine to add a little tang.

    Add to a serving dish. Keep the seed in the guacamole to prevent it from turning brown.

    Ham and Chees Rolls

    INGREDIENTS:

    * HAM - 150 gr.
    * CHEESE STICKS - 8 PCS. (FONTAL CHEESE)
    * LUMPIA WRAPPER - 8 PCS.
    * BEATEN EGG - 1 PC. for pasting

    PROCEDURE:

    Place the lumpia wrapper in front of you so it resembles diamond, place the ham on the bottom part of the lumpia wrapper, add the cheese stick, tuck in under the ham and cheese, roll, fold over the right side and the left side, roll it up to form a tube, brush with egg in top part and seal roll.

    Preheat oven over 180 degree C. Place your ham & cheese rolls, cook for 8 minutes or until the wrapper is slightly golden brown, remove from the oven, place in a dish and serve hot.
