ICT vs. WiPro: asa mas maayo na company ?

It's located in ayala, where wipro is sad. The recruitment of ICT is located sa basement and they occupy the 7th and the 8th floor. I don't know if open na na ba ang 6th nila, cause they were planning to open another floor for expansion. ICT has a good name in manila, in cebu they just started so if you have plans of career growth opt for ICT but I heard wipro just opened a new account, so if ma timingan na ma profiled ka ato na account good.

I've worked with ICT and I've read nasty comments about the company and the management. Even though I have experienced some of the "disadvantages" that some people in the forum are talking about eventually na settle raman sad. Key is communication, addressing your complaints to the right person in the right venue and as much as possible be objective with your issue. It is true, office politics is very rampant in the account that I've worked for in ICT but if you don't mind the politics and concentrate on the reason why your there and that is to work then wa juy problema. Office politics is everywhere, you either look at it in a negative or positive way. ICT is trying to improve but one has to put into mind na no matter how they try to improve and try to address every problem of its agents dili gyud tanan ma satisfy sa mabuhat sa company para sa ilang employees. If your not happy with your job, then find another one, I'm sure there is someone out there looking for job and is willing to replace you. Bisag asa man tingali naa man jud tai mga bosses na dili ta ka uyon, depende ra sad jud na sa imong professionalism, if you let the bad experience affect you or practice resiliency and do your job well.

I agree, name dropping in the forum should be avoided. I don't think this the right venue to discuss your personal grudges or your disapproval to people who you've worked with. One bad trainer or a bad training experience should not represent the other good trainers in the company. Your personal biases with people in the upper management shouldn't be expressed in a way that other good people in the management get affected.

To be honest, sa ICT ra jud ko nakahilag og kapila cause sometimes I couldn't take the politics that is going on but I as I heard sa feedbacks, okey naman ang environment ron and for those who have qualms about the salary they even upped their basic salary and made more incentives so that should work to the advantage of those who are still with the company and those who are interested in working sa ICT.

Naa raman jud na sa tao ba. You don't have to bad mouth a company or anyone if you do, tan.awa sad sa inyung kaugalingon.

i always crave for more, i am only human and i never get contented with what ive earned... ive been to 6 call center companies already but i alwayz end up asking for more...but the good thing about me, i dont talk bad about the people ive worked with and the companies i came from because im proud to say that i am professional...saying negative aspects about ur past experiences with the previous people and company u have worked for shows that u are bitter and that u dont accept the fact that u are imperfect...worst is u judge those people who once tried to help you and gave u the chance but what can they do if u really dont fit in...they are just doing their job and it is never their prerogative to fail people...cause if someone fails in their class it also reflects to them as a trenor , a supervisor,etc. which means it is also a failure on their part...and if u consider urself professional, u should have adressed ur concerns to the right people...the forum is not made for u to bad mouth a person, a place, etc. but for u to give out information and opinions that is healthy and helpful for the readers. just be professional and act like a mature individual, for sure everything will turn out well...

Well whoever this Cristine is and if she is bad as you say she is then what i can say is all of us have different impressions of each other, yes you are entitled to your own opinion but if you don't have anything better to say then it would be best if you would just keep to yourself or if you really want to say something about what happened then don't name drop...that's why we can send private messages to different forumers right? if you really want to be heard by a forumer then PM him/her the info. What you just did is downright unprofessional and irresponsible as a member of this forum.
