Well I have been working in callcenters for five years now and i have basically either applied and attended almost all callcenters here in cebu (no bullshit!) and yes i believe ICT is one of those companies who gives a fair compensation to all their employees. 16k is 16k ...try working with Sykes Asia and lets see who will settle with 11k minus tax
I guess you're a newbie in callcenters if this is the case... or english skills training dako kaau kof expectation as in kay first pata nako maka training ug ingun ani
well since you're a newbie i guess you haven't had many experiences with outsourcing companies like callcenters that are run mostly by youngsters. (a 22 year old supervisor?!) heheh...office politics is everywhere my dear and you'd be pretty naive if you would think otherwise. Ask any company employee who has been serving under it for many years and they would tell you that a company is a company without inter office politics.4DAYS ra ang training then ipuga jud tanan sa imong utuk ang mga lessons ok raman unta jud but wala lang jud ko mipadayun kay grabeh kaayu ig politika
I wonder what's your basis in this statement? I'm guessing you're pertaining to one of the trainers of this company. Have you gotten to know the person on a more personal level to make u say this?! are you saying this coz u got sacked during training or there is really documented proof that this person is as you say HAMBUGERA, FEELER UG INSECURE?!unya ang trainer diha HAMBUGERA, FEELER, UG INSECURE saiya trainee,, naa man gud ko ka wave nga gwafa, sexy unya iya sigehan ug example ug mga malaw ay nga example.... halos tanan sa akong ka wave dili mi ganahan kay ma mersonal....nya sahay kay mali pajud yah english nya terror kaayu sa klasi, manghadlok pajud,..
...just being impartial here
Now this I have to say is immaturity in your part. This is hitting way below the belt if you ask me. HAVE YOU LOOKED AT YOURSELF LATELY?!?peru ang cebu ict raman daw ang bati kay power tripper ang mga tawo but sa manila is ok kaayu, pakauwaw rajud na among trainer uy, nanghagbung sya sa among ka wave kay wala daw kaabot sa standards nya unya kay misud ang taga payrol nya lain kaayu muda ug pronunciation as in yabu na kaayu lain pa kaayu musulti ug english, dili man sa kay nanghinaway tah peru dapat unta na manaminan sa amuang trainer nga dili pud magpalabi sa iyang batasan kay daghan pud raba ang naa na sa sud nga dili pud baya kanais nais mu english ug american accent, basta uy mao ratu akong ikasulti..... goodluck nalang sa mga mag training nga ma under ni cristine maringuran, kay hilasun baya na xa perfectionist kaayu la rabay ilis ilis ug jacket ug slacks hahhahaha miana gud iyaha close na relative nga bati jud kaayu na sya ug batasan maklaru jud ninu sa nawng nya hehheeheh sorry miss tin kay mao na tanan ang nabantayan namo nimo,..... peace =)
To Sum it up:
I do understand what you people feel regarding people in the operations or whatever...i know coz i've been in your position before.. I'm a rebel too..i go AWOL when i want to and make my own floor policy at times.. ENGLISH ONLY POLICY?! screw dat! but during my years in callcenters I have found that these people did deserve to be where they are right now and they at least deserve a little respect. If you have grievances with a superior or trainer or whatnot, do not resort to petty name callings like what this alykz has just posted. I mean that is why callcenters have "open door policies" right? you can go up to anybody who has a high position in management ang forward your concerns. Let's just admit it people.. not everybody is fit for this job. I have seen people get terminated or not passing training for much much less..so please lets not resort to this.
To alykz:
I dunno if you are new in the call center world or not but please refrain in giving comments such as the one you made next time. If you are still an rep/agent or whatever with whatever callcenter you are in, then act appropriately, be professional. coz if you don't then you're just another prick who gives us VETERAN call center agents a bad image.
I know one trainer in ICT, her name is KRISTINE MARINGURUAN? I forgot the spelling of the last name. She does EST.
All I can say is that she SPEAKS SUPERB ENGLISH & VERY SPONTANEOUS.
I think she's one of their best EST trainers on board.
well it's very evident in your statement that you're just a poor an immature, SOURGRAPING, crybaby.. and to think it didn't happen to you but to your friend. ICT group unfortunately is not a charity organization. Like any callcenters they want results and it's in the people in management's job to produce those results. They are just doing their job. Like I said not all people who apply in call centers are tailored-fit for this job. Alykz grow up!!!
Call Center is a good training ground for people who wants to develop communication skills. On the other hand, it's NOT for everybody. "Pressure" is synonymous with "TSR". And it's like any other job, survival to the fittest.
But what's best in working at a call center is (we have to accept) they pay bigger. Even if it's 12K or 10K come on, that's big money if you compare to those who work as sales ladies on department stores or factory workers in MEPZ 1 & 2
hihihihihihihihihihi it's still big, it's just that a few of us wants more
I agree BUroKHUli! I was also under her, i just graduated from EST. We lost also people from our wave but she explained everything. She gave us feedback and all of us knew how everything was computed. Di ba hagbong gihapon mo ug mao nay panghuna2x ninyo!
