ICT vs. WiPro: asa mas maayo na company ?

Ok ra baya ang ict para naku, kay la man koi experience sa call center gud jud, nya 3 ra ila process ig apply , initial interview,phone simulation then skills exam after kay final interview, if naa ka nbi tagaan dayun ka ug job offer, ila sweldo is 16k ang basic sa virgin mobile na account, then 2 500 allowance if mo work ka between 10pm to 6am.... meal and transpo daw na mao na nakabati kay dili diay ta mangaun ug manakay if buntag ang duty hehehe but ok ra, mi sign ko sa contract, then for est training nami... or english skills training dako kaau kof expectation as in kay first pata nako maka training ug ingun ani, 4DAYS ra ang training then ipuga jud tanan sa imong utuk ang mga lessons ok raman unta jud but wala lang jud ko mipadayun kay grabeh kaayu ig politika.... unya ang trainer diha HAMBUGERA, FEELER, UG INSECURE saiya trainee,, naa man gud ko ka wave nga gwafa,sexy unya iya sigehan ug example ug mga malaw ay nga example.... halos tanan sa akong ka wave dili mi ganahan kay ma mersonal....nya sahay kay mali pajud yah english nya terror kaayu sa klasi, manghadlok pajud,.. peru ang cebu ict raman daw ang bati kay power tripper ang mga tawo but sa manila is ok kaayu, pakauwaw rajud na among trainer uy, nanghagbung sya sa among ka wave kay wala daw kaabot sa standards nya unya kay misud ang taga payrol nya lain kaayu muda ug pronunciation as in yabu na kaayu lain pa kaayu musulti ug english, dili man sa kay nanghinaway tah peru dapat unta na manaminan sa amuang trainer nga dili pud magpalabi sa iyang batasan kay daghan pud raba ang naa na sa sud nga dili pud baya kanais nais mu english ug american accent, basta uy mao ratu akong ikasulti..... goodluck nalang sa mga mag training nga ma under ni cristine maringuran, kay hilasun baya na xa perfectionist kaayu la rabay ilis ilis ug jacket ug slacks hahhahaha miana gud iyaha close na relative nga bati jud kaayu na sya ug batasan maklaru jud ninu sa nawng nya hehheeheh sorry miss tin kay mao na tanan ang nabantayan namo nimo,..... peace =)

peeps, bisag asa pa mo nga call center naa jud tagakay! ang trabaho walay personalay na. Ako na-under jud ko nya pero ok ra jud kaayo cya. tanan tao naay kaugalingon nga baho..walay perpekto nato tanan! kita tanan nagtrabaho ra..kung mao na iyang trabaho nya di jud mo worth it, then sorry di ba? try lang mo sa ubang call center. lain-lain man jud standards tanan. kanang mga comment ninyo it just goes to show nga mugbo ug gagmaw kaayo mo ug utok. Kita tanan nagtrabaho kay naa tay mga obligasyon. Kung naa mo inyo naa sad cya iya. All im saying is: fair lang unta ta. judgemental ra kaayo mo.

Hui niccolai, ok raman kaayu ang ict... ooh 16k lagi basic pay, oki ra baya ang ict uy kay dako sya ug offer and then eh kiver nalang gud nimu ang trainer di btaw na sha nya imong team leader sa floor nya hehe, mao btaw ari lang ko magpagawas sa akong gibati sa among est trainer kay ako man gud ang gihilakan sa kadtu amoa nabagsak na ka wave,,, nya nalooi ko nya naa baya sya anak na pakaonon... mao makalagot anyway just try ict lain lain baya pud ug opinion about sa trainer, naa pud uban wave muana na bootan sya sa amoa kay di man sha bootan gud,... basta lain kaayu iyang boot namo jud... goodluck sa pagpangaply.... =) and godbless....naa nako sa pst training run then lahi napud ang trainer, mas nice kesa est pud, ummm bootan amoa trainer diri,,,

It's located in ayala, where wipro is sad. The recruitment of ICT is located sa basement and they occupy the 7th and the 8th floor. I don't know if open na na ba ang 6th nila, cause they were planning to open another floor for expansion. ICT has a good name in manila, in cebu they just started so if you have plans of career growth opt for ICT but I heard wipro just opened a new account, so if ma timingan na ma profiled ka ato na account good.

I've worked with ICT and I've read nasty comments about the company and the management. Even though I have experienced some of the "disadvantages" that some people in the forum are talking about eventually na settle raman sad. Key is communication, addressing your complaints to the right person in the right venue and as much as possible be objective with your issue. It is true, office politics is very rampant in the account that I've worked for in ICT but if you don't mind the politics and concentrate on the reason why your there and that is to work then wa juy problema. Office politics is everywhere, you either look at it in a negative or positive way. ICT is trying to improve but one has to put into mind na no matter how they try to improve and try to address every problem of its agents dili gyud tanan ma satisfy sa mabuhat sa company para sa ilang employees. If your not happy with your job, then find another one, I'm sure there is someone out there looking for job and is willing to replace you. Bisag asa man tingali naa man jud tai mga bosses na dili ta ka uyon, depende ra sad jud na sa imong professionalism, if you let the bad experience affect you or practice resiliency and do your job well.

I agree, name dropping in the forum should be avoided. I don't think this the right venue to discuss your personal grudges or your disapproval to people who you've worked with. One bad trainer or a bad training experience should not represent the other good trainers in the company. Your personal biases with people in the upper management shouldn't be expressed in a way that other good people in the management get affected.

To be honest, sa ICT ra jud ko nakahilag og kapila cause sometimes I couldn't take the politics that is going on but I as I heard sa feedbacks, okey naman ang environment ron and for those who have qualms about the salary they even upped their basic salary and made more incentives so that should work to the advantage of those who are still with the company and those who are interested in working sa ICT.

Naa raman jud na sa tao ba. You don't have to bad mouth a company or anyone if you do, tan.awa sad sa inyung kaugalingon.

I am very interested in applying diha sa ICT but I heard from a friend na nanaktak daw cla ug mga employees... and naa mga agents na na hire na pero for 48 years wala pa gihapon ka start sa training... how true guys? any advice okay pa ni cya na company?

Going back to topic:

Would you believe in heresay or would you rather find out for yourself? 48 years before the training starts? ...who is she kidding? lol

another thing that's good about ICT is that you don't get fired if the account is closed, you get profiled to another account like TELETECH and some other CC in Cebu.

reading the previous post about ICT / "pinkavaya" vs "FRAUD" (hehehehe), makuyawan man ko sa ICT. But here is what I know about ICT & WIPRO. They are both ISO 9001-2000 certified, which means, they are internationally acknowledged and should, suppose to follow standard workflow or procedures. You don't get that certification if your company is a wreck --- my own two cents
