wa ang pronunciation ana. same ra sad na sa こんにちは。(konnichiwa) it is spelled as ha but pronounced as wa.

a しゅうまつ、あなたはいそがしいでしたか syuumatsu, anata ha isogashi deshita ka
b しゅまつ、あなたはいそがしかったですか syumatsu, anata ha isogashikatta desu ka (my gut tell me this)

2 were you fine last week?　
a しゅまつ、あなたはげんきでしたか syumatsu, anata ha genku deshita ka

3 was your high school big?　
a あなたのこうこうのがっくはおおきいでしたか anata no koukou no gakku ha ooki deshita ka
b あなたのこうこうのがっくはおおきかったですか anata no koukou no gakku ha ooki katta desu ka

4 was you watch expensive?　
a あなたのときはたかいでしたか anata no toki ha takai deshita ka
b あなたのときはたかかったですか　anata no toki ha takakatta desu ka

あなたのせんせいはやさしかったですか <-- you only add katta to adjectives when it is past tense

1 were you busy last week?
a しゅうまつ、あなたはいそがしいでしたか syuumatsu, anata ha isogashi deshita ka
b しゅまつ、あなたはいそがしかったですか syumatsu, anata ha isogashikatta desu ka (my gut tell me this)

shuumatsu (しゅうまつ) is more of a weekend than last week. last week is senshuu (先週　せんしゅう）and sakto ka on your choice when you turn an -i adjective (isogashii, yasashii, ookii, etc) kay you drop the last i and add katta to it. the first choice added deshita to it which is wrong (deshita should only be used for na adjective such as genki, kirei, hima, shinsetsu, etc)
