I am making a self information dissemination campaign regarding the topic above commencing from a local news update in Cebu. I am humbly sharing my empathy without debt of gratitude in return.

Two years hereon nearing its completion, the recently thrived and hefty coal fired power plant stemming out in Naga, Cebu will be in its brimful holding power and functionality serving in its prime purpose that is foreseeable beyond the odds comes 2011. Thereupon, sooner before its outlook and development, surmountable speculations and ruminations about the power plant’s disposal setup, maintenance and mitigation plans were heretofore surfacing out; wherefore making the concerned few aware, responsive and discerned as to the ambiguity of the happenstance. Therewith, the complexity regarding this matter has been entangled making the situation even exasperated.

My father has had our house’s construction in Colon stopped, yet not almost done but the figure of expense is hard swallowing since he does not want to dwell in Colon anymore because of the power-generating facilities' incoherence and instability to its function as a whole. Beyond that, considering also the integrity of health living nearby is risky to gamble which many did loose.

Yeah, it's from the blog... The author shared his personal experience as to what his father has decided just because of the health hazard they may have from the under-construction power plant, once it's fully operated by 2011...
