not happy at all. dako2x tuod sweldo compared sa regular jobs pero wa ko'y fulfillment at the end of the day...depressed ko kay dili normal ang schedule-matug ko while mata tanan taw, mata ko while tug tanan taw sa balay. mo resign na gyud ko aning kalakiha kay wa gyud ko'y nakuha nga nindot except sa income. pero bahala way kwarta basta happy lang ko everyday.

happy with my work because i enjoy my bosses and the people that i work with. but i aint happy about the way management has been bringing things.

imagine, working overtime just to save the account, nya ting sweldo, daghan kaayo palapak imong sweldo. wa pa gyud gi add imong overtime. nya asa ka anang late deduction nga 2000 kapin mas dako pa akong deduction sa late kaysa absent nga 3 days. and to compute for that amount, it would have taken me 8 days to be absent for that cut off period. nag pa kwenta ko balik sa akong mga OT, kay naay itemized pero ang total maoy sayop. gi ingnan ko ang total maoy sakto. so turned out akong salary nakuwang na hinuon og 3k kapin.
