- Accessible for 01K, 01B, 01A jeeps, and 1 block walk from Jones.
- with CR - 5000, 6000, 7500 (monthly, depending on size of room and number of occupants)
- No CR - 3000, 3500, 4500, 5000 (monthly, depending on size of room and number of occupants)
- if with aircon = additional payment, which depends on size of aircon, size of aircon depends size of the room)
- This boarding house very clean and well-maintained..
- ground floor of this boardinghouse consists of a canteen, laundry, internet cafe.........
