i'm just wondering what businesses these people own that they are confident enough to become "mentors" of other people.
hmm...based on experience, there is no exact system that will tell you how to handle a 100+ employees moreso 500 employees. every business has its own system.
And did I read it right that when you're too hands-on with your business, that means' you are not an ENTREPRENEUR?
If this is so, then Fernando Zobel de Ayala is not an Entrepreneur. Nor are Cebu's Koksengs and the Chiongbians since they are totally hands-on with their businesses.
Also a "REAL BUSINESS" should have 500 employees? try telling that to SMEs which is a vast majority of business owners in the country. Sorry, but if someone told me that I didn't have a real business just because I had less than 500 employees I'd slap them silly like their mama used to and bury them in my 14-hectare farm in Medellin.
On the other hand, I'm quite interested in this Cashflow game. Since this game should teach financial literacy, it'll be quite interesting to play...
Senior Mods, I understand why are you saying that there are no exact system that can handle 500 people or more under you because we do business by trial and error and hopefully in CA2020 this system really works, if yes, i would personally be benefited on this and many more.
Yes, I would be willing to facilitate the cashflow game for you. If you are group of six, we could schedule the game at your most convenient time.
