Desturate = CTRL+SHIFT+U
Adjuct Color = CTRL+ALT+U

another way to know this is by pressing F1[help] inside PS7 and type Sephia

One option is the Hue/Saturation ~ (Ctrl+Alt+U)
Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation
Click on the Colorize box
Adjust the Hue to get the desired color.
Adjust the Saturation to have the amount of color.
Adjust the Lightness to have the Lightness and darkness of Color.
Good for PS Version 6 to CS2...
