i think gina encourage ang MRF (Materials Recovery FAcility) sa kada baranggay, I think, the biggest I know so far was the one in Bicutan...murag sila ang model ani kay dako kaayo ang tabang ani nga idea dyud....hopefully, cebu baranggays will do the same.
