naa koy nahinumduman nga segment from abs-cbn's correrspondents..nga there was a certain barangay in metro manila nga naa cilay ghimo nga programa something like kwarta sa basura, every household hatagan cila incentives gkan sa ilang brgy capt. for every basura nga nakolekta sa ilang balay.like hatagan cila sabon,shampoo, bugas,tambal,sardinas or noodles depende sa hidaghanon sa ilang basura nga nakolekta, aside from that ila pud gpang segregate ang ilang mga basura,like plastics,malata/di-malata,papel,lata,bottles....then kato ilang na segregate nga mga basura ila ihatod sa junk shop para mahalin...ang uban nga non-biodegrables nga di mahalin..ila to masahon or tunawon para himoon ug foot path ug flower pot para sa ilang katam-nan...basta nindot to ilang programa ky aside from maka-benipisyo ang ilang mga residente naka-generate pa jud to ug trabaho sa uban..... mao unta to ang angayng sundon sa tibook barangay sa pilipinas para masulbad ang krisis sa basura...
